5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of services.
In peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, festivals), 100% advance payment may be required.
Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways or bank transfer methods.
6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings between 20th December and 5th January are non-refundable.

Once a tour has commenced, partial refunds (if any) will be at the sole discretion of the company.
